Very disappointing experience. My dad went in because he had a nail in his front tire and wanted to replace both front tires. They told him they didn’t have the tires in stock until Monday. He then asked if they could simply repair or temporarily plug the tire so he could safely drive and come back on Monday to buy the new tires. They refused to help at all, even though it would have been a simple way to keep a customer safe and earn his business a few days later. Instead, they sent him away with no solution. Based on this experience, the customer service was poor and they showed no interest in helping or building trust with a potential customer. We won’t be coming back.

Amazing customer service l been used this shop more than four years. This guys are helpful more went you need to go back road l highly recommend this shop for any tire or new set tires and wheels.

This place is the best. I have bought used tires a few places, but this is my favorite. Good prices, mounted and balanced for $180 got a set of 4, actually as 2 different pairs. They were fast and tires have been great. Crew was working hard, but even busy they were friendly.

I came to these guys awhile back to install and balance some tires I had for my car and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes and the price couldn't be beat compared to other big name brand shops. 10/10 recommend them for all your tire and wheel needs, I'll be coming back soon for tires on my other car.

Went there on Thursday evening and they were very busy as there were other customers already there. However, Kevin was really kind and helpful. He promptly attended to my car within less than 5 minutes. No surprise there were so many customers coming to them. Kevin was honest, skillful, polite, accommodating, and knew what he's doing. Very reasonable price. Really worth their expertise. I highly recommend Aloha Tires. Thank you, Kevin.
